This policy explains what information Lana.org collects when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it and who we share it with. We collect only what we need to deliver your order.

1. Information we collect

  • Discord account: your Discord username and user ID when you join our server or open a ticket.
  • Order details: the Cash amount, Steam profile URL and in-game name you provide in your ticket, and the messages in that ticket.
  • Payment details: for PayPal, the name, email address and transaction ID that PayPal shares with us. For crypto, the network, amount, payment ID and transaction status. We never see or store your card or bank details.
  • Website visits: our website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any website, it receives your IP address and browser details in order to load the page.

2. How we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your order.
  • To confirm payments and prevent fraud and chargebacks.
  • To keep records of completed orders.
  • To post updates in our Discord server.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we rely on to operate:

  • Discord hosts our server, tickets and messages.
  • PayPal processes PayPal payments.
  • NOWPayments processes crypto payments.
  • Cloudflare delivers and protects our website.
  • Google Fonts serves the font used on our website.

Each of these services handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed to support your order, handle disputes and meet our record-keeping obligations. When a ticket is closed, a transcript of it is saved in a private staff channel.

5. Security

Order records are stored on a private server that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to Lana.org staff. Payments are processed by PayPal and NOWPayments, and crypto payments are verified with signed confirmations.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by opening a ticket in our Discord server. We may need to keep some records of completed orders to prevent fraud and resolve disputes.

7. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
